5. Present it to the VSF School Guard on October 29, 2025.

6. Come in your costume - horror, fairytale or superhero attire

7. Alumni to provide food and drinks for sharing with teachers and school staff

but have the option to buy food and drinks from the Bazaar.

8. Express yourself and strike not just 1 but 3 poses at our photobooth. Bring home

a collage photo souvenir of your halloween memories

Photobooth Session Fee: Php100.00 for 3 shots per head or group

(with 1 magnetic strip at the back)

Reprinting Fee: Php50.00

DISMANTLING/EGRESS

October 25, 2025 / 10 PM to 11 PM

Guidelines:

1. Selling is open to food and drinks and non-food products and services.

Food and Drinks Category :

With product type lock-out (1 to 4 kinds of product/s per vendor)

Note: Softdrinks, beers and hard drinks are not allowed for selling

in the morning during the United Nations Celebration of students

from 7 AM to 11:30 AM

but will be allowed for selling in the afternoon during

the Halloween Party starting at

1:00 PM until 10:00 PM

only to adults 18 years old and above.

Non-Food Categories:

Pre-loved, slightly used, brand new clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, gadgets, toys, Christmas give aways, real estate, pre-need/savings plans and insurance.

2. Cooking is allowed.

Please bring your own cooking wares, microwave or portable electric stove or oven, air fryer, toaster or small gas stove with small gas tank or butane,

or grilling equipment. Grilling allowed only in open areas.

3. Please bring your own cleaning liquid soaps and detergents, hand wash, sponges and rugs for your tables and spill overs and

garbage bags.

4. Please don't clog the sinks and the toilet bowls with food particles and tissues.

5. Dispose your trashes properly in the trash cans around.

6. Clean as you go. (Think Clay Go.)
